Kitesurfing at Boracay Island

Kitesurfing has become very popular over the years at Boracay and the island is now home to many kitesurfing enthusiastics and experts!

The Eastern side of the island is really where most of the kitesurfing action takes place, although during strong winds, when it is a little too dangeorus for most people to venture into the water, surfers can sometimes creep around to the other, more touristy side of the island.Kitesurfing has become very popular over the years at Boracay and the island is now home to many kitesurfing enthusiastics and experts!

There are any number of Kite Surfing schools in Boracay all of whom will do their best to get you started.  Personally I have used Pinas Kite School for both tuition and as a place to hang out with a really nice laid back crowd.

They have a bar and small food shack next to the beach where you can always get good value for your money.

Sunday nights are the best as they do a bonfire, dancing and local musicians.
