"Crystals two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is well located in station 3. It is around 100m walk to White beach. We liked the location as it is in a quieter area of White beach which can get very hectic. Far enough away from station 2 which is very busy but close enough to walk there easily if you want to. Countless amounts of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Communication with Crystal was excellent and she made the effort to come meet us on one of the days which was nice. We didn't fly out of Caticlan airport until 4.30pm in the afternoon and Crystal kindly allowed us to stay until 2pm when we needed to leave for the airport. "Chrystals appartment is very big and very clean. She offers some sort of hotel service like cleaning, change of linen. Internet poor as everywhere in Boracay. Free sunbeds and umbrella at Cowboys restaurant. (From 7am to 5pm), only have to buy some drink or food. There are restaurants, bars, and sari sari stores for all your food and drink needs. "Excellent location! Although, this was a basic apartment with basic amenities, I think the location compensates for it. Near a quiet side of Boracay white sandy beach and near lovely restaurants (our favourite was the Japanese nearby) Lovely host and Lynn who was the housekeeper was so accommodating and possibly the happiest person I've ever met. She also cleaned are apartment everyday during our 7-day stay which was much appreciated as we are travelling with a 22-month old. Overall a fantastic stay." - Ivy

"Such a pleasant experience. Crystal made us feel welcome from the moment we made the reservation. I didn't get to meet her personally, but her assistant, Lynn, was very helpful and equally accommodating. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. I particularly liked the bonus of a sofa bed in the living room, which I ended up using as my roommate snores LOL. We were out most of the time and only used the unit at night to sleep and shower, but it's great that it has more than basic necessities for a stay. The kitchen came fully equipped and the hot water in the shower is greatly appreciated. The location itself is far from the craziness of Station 2 which may or may not be good depending on how much you party. It is in a more quiet, more mature area, but still so easily accessible to the water. It could be a challenge for those who have spent all their energy partying at the strip coming home. "Had a great stay at Crystal's in Casa Camilla. Due to some ongoing renovations, we were offered a different unit in the same complex. The apartment is located a stone's throw from famous White Beach. It is easy to find and very comfortable. The unit had many cooking utensils and amenities you need. Crystal and her staff provided great communication. They met us upon arrival,even though it was late at night. They provided cleaning service, changed the sheets and towels and were helpful with any request we had. If I am ever back on Boracay, I am staying here again. Thanks for everything!" - Andrew

"The place is large and spacious and it located in a quiet area even though Crystal changed my orginal booked room. I stayed at level 3 and need to climb up two flight of steps, takes not over two minutes to beatiful station 3 white sand beach. Very close to dive shop and food shops. Crystal provided good communication and suggestion in my transportation. There had many cooking utensils if you need to cook but we preferred to Casa Camilla for enjoying beautiful and remarkable time. The room is comfortable for long stays and conveniently located at the quiet end of station 3 where the beach is beautiful. "Nice , clean apartment on level 2 (climb two flights of stairs to reach the apartment). Only steps away from the beach, station 3 and away from the noise of station 2. Requires a short trek to reach D'mall at station 2 but it is still a good location to relax & chill and never too far from all the buzz. Expect to hear bird singing and rooster crow in the early morning but not disturbing at all. Breakfast served at Cowboy Cocina is good and you get a discount as guest staying in Casa Camilla. The only issue we had was the door to both bedrooms and toilet can not be locked. One other suggestion was to have a longer plastic flexible hose tube for body wash shower instead of the very short one in the shower room. "We booked Crystals place on our visit to Boracay and are very happy with the choice. The apartment is clean and tidy and serviced daily. Drinking water is provided along with normal toiletries (shampoo satchels, soap, towels) which is thoughtful. The wifi worked well in some places and in some spots didn't. I would attribute that to the concrete structure of the building more than the service. Even though there are houses nearby, it was quiet also, slept very comfortably. Some of the perks we enjoyed were the location, quiet area, but near the beach. Mototricycle service is up the hill on the nearby street which can take you anywhere in Boracay, but you could actually walk to station 2 even if you are up for it. Her mom (I forgot) met with us at the entrance of the compound and gave us a tour of the place. It was as advertised, clean, beautiful, bed on master's bedroom was big and very comfortable. AC on both rooms was cool and functioning well, the bathroom (which is very important to me) is spotless. Network coverage inside the room is limited to none, but that's OK. You can simply step out if you need to call someone. They have WiFi (better signal inside the bedrooms). The balcony is a nice place to drink /chill. All in all, a very good experience. It's a basic apartment with everything one might need for a short stay. The AC worked perfectly on hot days, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are of a good size. "We had a great time staying in Crystal's apartment, everything we needed. The best part being just how close to the beach it is! We were looking for somewhere relatively quiet, relaxed and as close to the beach as possible. It is literally less than a minute walk, all amenities, shops, restaurants are nearby. It is quite a touristy area so all the food is catered to that, being Mexican, burgers, pizza, western etc. But the quality we found everywhere we went is generally good. The apartment itself is a really good size, fantastic for two people, but could easily hold a medium sized family. Wifi signal can be a little intermittent, we found there are blackspots around. Crystal also has helpers located on the ground floor ready if you need them, and they will come in once a day to clean the flat. We were looking for somewhere to relax, chill and generally not do a lot and we found this location pretty perfect. Station 3 as Crystal mentioned it so much quieter than the other stations. As you walk south from 1 to 3, there is a significant different in ambience at S3. Way less tourists and you pretty much have the sea to yourself, bar a few locals and tourists at times. "Crystal's apartment was an excellent choice for us as a family with 2 kids who stayed for 8 days. The owner is very approachable and communicable. The apartment itself was clean and air condition were in good condition. The a/c leaked during the first day but Crystal called the electrician immediately to fix it. Kitchen and cooking utensils were provided. I hope Crystal can provide more mats and cloth for the kitchen. Another plus is the baby crib for our 2 year old. Laundry can also be done at a reasonable price. The beach is very near and this area is quietly situated. Walking to D' mall or station 2 approximately takes 20 minutes. One can take a tricycle (tuk tuk) but must ask the price beforehand. Some other tricycles are asking too much. I would stay here again." - Jenny

The place is located in the quieter neighborhood of Station 3 in boracay and for me it is the better area because less crowded and more peaceful. My only suggestion is that I hope the address of the unit would be more detailed like giving the specific no. on the unit and how to reach the house in detail bec. we were just told to ask the restaurant next to it and it's a bit awkward on our part since it does not have a hotel name. I arrived late (around 11:00 p.m and left early around 7:00 a.m) without any complaints. The apartment was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean, and all of the amenities worked perfectly. Somebody cleaned it everyday and I was given clean towels everyday as well. It is located at the far end of Station 3, which is far away from all the congestion and noise of Station 2. This is definitely a positive, as there are still lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Also, if you like walking, you can get to where all the action is in about 10-15 minutes. It is a nice, leisurely walk on the beach which is perfect. But, seriously a 30 second walk from the apartment to the lovely beach of Station 3. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place with a real good, attentive owner, I would definitely stay here. A good TV, air conditioner, and refrigerator.
